Do we need to get a Florida Fishing License?
No, our boats carry a commercial fishing license for you, so you are legal to fish, catch and keep the fish on your trip as long as the fish are in season and of correct legal size.
What kind of fishing do you do?
Bay, inshore and flats fishing.
Do I have to bring my own tackle?
No, we provide all rods, reels, and tackle and miscellaneous fishing equipment.
How many fish can I keep to take home?
It depends on the species of fish caught as we comply with federal species, size and bag limits.
Will you clean the fish we catch so we can take it home?
We provide all fish cleaning services at no additional charge. We will send fish home in Ziploc bags on ice ready to be prepared and enjoyed. It is a good idea to bring an extra cooler to store your catch.
Can I bring my own rods and tackle on the trip?
We prefer our customers to use our rods and tackle as they are pre-rigged and geared toward targeted species. However, if you have a lucky rod, feel free to bring it aboard.
What time should I arrive for my scheduled fishing charter?
Ten minutes before the scheduled pickup time on your reservation is ideal.
Do you have a cooler or do I bring one?
We have a cooler on board stocked with ice for you to keep whatever drinks or food you bring. There is no need to bring one on the boat, but we suggest you keep one in the car in case you plan to take fish home for dinner.
Am I guaranteed to bring home fish?
Well, there is no guarantee on catching all keepers, but we will guarantee you will catch fish!
Do I need fishing experience?
No fishing experience is necessary or required.
How old do you have to be to go on a trip?
There is no age requirement or limit.  We love kids and families!! Any age is welcomed, and no one will be left out of the fun. Do keep in mind that the boat can get rocky at times so we caution pregnant women and those with infants (under 18 months) to use their discretion for safety.
Is it going to be rough? I get seasick easy!!
Our normal sea conditions here on the Gulf Coast are primarily calm to flat.  Sometimes it can get a little bumpy.  If you are unsure and want to prevent seasickness, check with a local pharmacist or doctor for recommendations.
What if we are having fun and want to stay out?
If there is not another reservation directly after your scheduled booking, we will be glad to extend your trip.  All you have to do is ask your captain!
What if we are done fishing but don't want to go in?
Not a problem! You have hired us for certain period of time. You can use that time however you wish. If you are done fishing and want to hit some of our local islands for swimming, picnicking or snorkeling, just let your captain know. We can also take you on a scenic tour and hopefully find some of our local dolphins!
